Smartphones
Our smartphone range covers all major brands and models, from entry-level Android devices to premium iPhones. Every smartphone is tested against a 72-point checklist that includes screen integrity, touch response, camera functionality, speaker and microphone quality, battery health, network connectivity (all bands), biometric sensors, and charging port condition.
All smartphones are sold fully unlocked to all UK networks unless stated otherwise. Factory reset and data wipe are performed to NIST 800-88 standard before sale.

Laptops & Computers
Our laptop and computer range includes MacBooks, Windows laptops (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer), and Chromebooks. Each unit undergoes a comprehensive hardware and software inspection covering processor performance, RAM integrity, storage health (S.M.A.R.T. data), display quality, keyboard and trackpad function, all ports and connectivity, battery health, and thermal performance.
All laptops are supplied with a fresh operating system installation. Windows devices receive a genuine licensed copy of Windows 11 (or Windows 10 where hardware is incompatible). MacBooks receive the latest compatible macOS version.

Tablets & iPads
Our tablet range includes iPads (all generations), Samsung Galaxy Tab, Amazon Fire, and Microsoft Surface. Screen integrity is paramount for tablets — we use a dedicated display test rig that checks for dead pixels, touch response accuracy, and colour calibration.
All iPads are removed from previous Apple ID accounts and restored to factory settings. Samsung tablets are factory reset with all accounts removed. Cellular tablets are tested on UK networks and unlocked where applicable.
Accessories
We stock a range of compatible accessories for the devices we sell, including charging cables, power adapters, cases, screen protectors, and wireless earphones. All accessories are tested for compatibility and safety compliance.
Trade-In Programme
Have an old device you no longer need? Our trade-in programme offers a fair valuation based on the device model, condition, and current market value. Trade-in credit can be applied to any purchase. Devices that do not meet our resale standards are responsibly recycled through our certified e-waste partner.

Out-of-Warranty Repair Service
We offer a repair service for devices that are out of warranty or have suffered accidental damage. Common repairs include screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, and water damage assessment. All repairs use quality-grade parts and carry a 90-day repair warranty.
Repair pricing is provided as a fixed quote before any work begins. There is no obligation to proceed after receiving a quote.
Boundaries & Exclusions
We are transparent about what our services do not cover:
- We do not sell devices with active finance agreements or reported as stolen (IMEI checked against national database).
- We do not guarantee software compatibility with third-party applications.
- Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised modifications after purchase.
- Trade-in valuations are valid for 14 days from the date of quote.
- We do not offer same-day in-store collection — all orders are dispatched by courier.
- Repair service is not available for devices with structural damage beyond a defined threshold.
- We do not resell devices graded below Grade C — these are recycled.
- Accessories are not covered under the device warranty (separate 90-day accessory warranty applies).
